3. VIN TRACING ( Drivers door, Dashboard, or Inside engine compartment on firewall; "lift hood below wipers" )
               DEALERS ONLY: ON Invoice,Bill of Sale,etc-Notarized statement signed by inspetion mechanic:
                                                         a)  Above Vin verrified true and correct.
                                                         b)  True and correct copy of original.

 

4. POWER OF ATTORNEY, only if purchaser and or seller is unavailable. ( Limited to application for Title & Registration in applicants name as listed on title ONLY ) Please see example in kit below!
