2.Valid INSURANCE, ( Binder, Declaration Page, or Ins.ID Card, must be in the name of new owner, applicant! )
 

3. VIN TRACING ( Drivers door, Dashboard, or Inside engine compartment on firewall; "lift hood below wipers" )
 

4. POWER OF ATTORNEY, only if purchaser and or seller is unavailable. ( Limited to application for Title & Registration in applicants name as listed on title ONLY ) Please see example in kit below!
